Gingerbread Man

Today we made gingerbread men after reading The Gingerbread Man story. They turned out so cute! I hope Brett will make one tonight. I cut the shape from a grocery bag with pinking shears & most of the kids needed help putting the yarn around the outside edge. Then they painted with glitter glue & added the M & M's. We used that cheap glitter glue from the dollar store to put on the M & M's & that doesn't work. I had to go back & hot glue new ones on. I'm sure the kids & the parents will want to take them home tonight but it's fine with me if they stay a while-they're so cute hanging up!
